If you said yes to any of these questions, read no further. You won’t like us and we probably won’t like you. This book club is the Anti-Oprah Super Awesome Book Club. We don’t want to read anything too uplifting or so sweet it makes us nauseous. In fact, this book club likes to read stories where things blow up, people get fucked, and violence happens …
This is a new book club looking to read and discuss serious literature. We're talking tantalizing plot, often world-renowned works of art--the kind that is hard to read on your own outside of a college class. Though we are mostly targeting savvy lit-lovers in their 20's and 30's, anyone who is looking to get down with Faulkner and his posse is highly invited to our hangouts. Seriously. Come join us as we occasionally get intellecutally drunk (it's a thing), wear monocles and potentially discuss …

We could meet every 4-6 weeks, depending on schedules either at someone's house, a coffee shop or a casual sit-down eatery in the area. If you enjoy writing and have written som …

We want to blow-our-minds and we challenge the libraries of the world to challenge u …

I want to form a very small group of 5-6 talented writers to meet every two weeks. The purpose is to foster a relationship between a small group of writers so we can help each other be productive, get each other through road-blocks, and create inspiration through constructive criticism and ego-free dialogue. I'm looking for writers who are all on the same level as far as talent. I want to keep the group small because everyone will be asked to read and give criticism on everyone's work... that's …

For your writing to get off the ground, you need people to read it and let you know if it's ready to be sent out into the world. This group is for people who live in Parker, or around it, and can't or don't want to drive long distances to get face-to-face feedback on their writing. The plan is to meet up, bring any writing we're working on, share it with the group and provide each other with feedback.
