This book club is for anyone who enjoys reading books, relaxing over a cup of coffee and having a great conversation.  We read different genres each month and meet to discuss the book and share our thoughts and ideas openly.  Our Meetings are on the last Friday of the month at around 7pm. If you are looking for a reading group were you can relax, laugh, share stories and make new friends you've found it!  

This meetup consists of different groups of people reading certain material to different degrees of depth and intensity. Books we've read in the past include Descartes' 'Meditations', Hume's 'Enquiry Concerning Human Understanding', Kant's '1st Critique', Kant's 'Prolegomena', Heidegger's 'Being and Time', Husserl's 'Logical Investigations', Hegel's 'Phenomenology of Spirit', Marx's 'Capital', and many others. My friend Katie and I started this club to honor the intellectual and the alcoholic in all of us. On the third Wednesday of every month we will meet up at a bar and discuss that month's selection. Pretty straight forward right?
